1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website, or engaging Studio Ravya for digital design and engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any formal Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.
2. Client Engagement & SOW
Specific project deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and warranties are governed by individualized Statements of Work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed SOW, the SOW shall supersede.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full settlement of agreed project invoices, the client receives 100% ownership of custom final code, design assets, and creative deliverables created for their specific build. Studio Ravya retains the right to display completed non-confidential work in our portfolio.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Ravya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, DNS issues outside our direct control, or software modifications made by unauthorized third parties post-launch.
5. Governing Law & Contact
